Holly is an exciting up and coming talent in South Island women's rugby with bags of potential and an unreal work ethic.

After hanging up the football boots for fear of being ditched by her mate (true story) Holly’s rugby journey has gone from strength to strength, with her debut FPC season seeing her earn the 7 jersey and scoring 5 tries as Canterbury finished runners-up to Auckland.

Prior to the 2024 Aupiki season, Wratt-Groeneweg was rewarded for her fantastic FPC season by being included in the Black Ferns XV squad for a series against Manusina.
