Stacey comes into Matatū as a multi-sport athlete and scholar with a Masters in Science from the Waikato Insitute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Illinois State University.

Niao came into Rugby after playing volleyball for a large part of her life and brings height and athleticism to the team where she plays as a lock.
